Mt. Himlung Expedition (7,126 m) offers an outstanding opportunity to climb a 7,000-meter peak while enjoying panoramic views of the western Himalaya. Located northeast of the Annapurna region near the Tibet border, Himlung lies in the remote and culturally rich Nar–Phu Valley, opened to climbers only in 1992.

The journey follows the Marshyangdi Valley along the Annapurna Circuit before leaving the main trail to explore the untouched Nar–Phu region, known for its ancient Tibetan culture, monasteries, and traditional mountain villages. The trek leads to Himlung Base Camp at 4,900 m, with three higher camps established for the summit push.

Combining a scenic approach, rich Buddhist heritage, and a well-structured climb, Mt. Himlung is an ideal 7,000-meter training expedition and a perfect preparation peak for major Himalayan expeditions.
